With a career spanning over 40 years, Nick brings a wealth of business knowledge to the OSL team. Responsible for running the back office setup, Nick's team oversee the tendering process, and maintain the company' Health & Safety and Fire Door Accreditations. His team also prepare and submit Applications for Payment, and manage the company accounting systems.

Paul Crudington
Paul brings over 30 years of experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, and residential construction. His career includes senior roles with leading UK housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Crest Nicholson, Redrow Homes, and Sanctuary, working across residential developments in Essex and London.
Alongside his commercial career, Paul has successfully run his own bathrooms and property maintenance businesses, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of construction and client expectations.
At OSL, Paul supports residential and developer-led projects across procurement, subcontract management, and programme delivery, bringing strong commercial insight and extensive regional industry connections.

Paul Simmons is a highly experienced carpenter with over 35 years in the construction industry, delivering quality workmanship across commercial, domestic, and refurbishment projects. His expertise includes bespoke furniture and the restoration of Grade I and II listed buildings, where attention to detail is essential.
Known for his reliability and strong on-site communication, Paul works effectively with other trades to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. Based in Cambridge, he is a valued member of the team who brings dedication and professionalism to every project.
Ollie Greene
Oliver Green has over 17 years of experience in carpentry, delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of residential and commercial projects. With a strong eye for detail, he takes pride in achieving a professional finish on every job.
Oliver is also passionate about mentoring apprentices, sharing his knowledge to support the next generation of tradespeople. A dedicated family man and keen sportsman, he brings the same commitment and discipline into his work.
Ion Virlan
Ion Virlan is a skilled carpenter with over 15 years of experience, known for his reliability, precision, and high-quality workmanship across a range of construction projects.
As a Site Supervisor, he manages daily operations, coordinates trades, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. A qualified First Aider, Ion also plays an important role in maintaining a safe working environment on site.
